The Damned United is one of the most popular movies from Tom Hooper. Brilliant inspiration to many actors and producers, as well as for directors. The Damned United is without doubt the best Biography movie, a new standard. That tension created by characters draws the audience in from the start. Superb directing by Tom Hooper - brilliant dialogues scenes. It is proof of that - a movie to be very good need spectacular special effects - just made of great acting. I never liked Biography titles so it's fair to say i never thought I'd love The Damned United. There really isn't too much else to say. It's definitely worth to see.

The movie is a look at Brian Clough's 44-day reign as the coach of Leeds United. Previously managed by Clough's bitter rival Don Revie, the Leeds team has just completed its most successful period ever as a football club.
