A really original film from 2014 year. Brilliant inspiration to many actors and producers, as well as for directors. The Gabby Douglas Story is not just a simple film, it has an everlasting message. You do not need to like Biography films to enjoy time spent on watching this film. Superb directing by Gregg Champion - brilliant dialogues scenes. I liked the characters, all of them, even the antagonists were unforgettable, especially Regina King. In conclusion The Gabby Douglas Story is just absolutely awesome, that's why it is considered one of the 5 greatest movies of all time. There really isn't too much else to say. I can't stop thinking about The Gabby Douglas Story today, I certainly won't be able to concentrate at my job tomorrow.

The movie centers on gymnast Gabby Douglas who makes personal sacrifices to train with coach Liang Chow and become the first African American woman in Olympic history to become the individual all-around champion.
