One of the most original movies produced in United States. The Mountain Men is without doubt the best Adventure movie, a new standard. It is not just a simple film, it has an everlasting message. You do not need to like Adventure films to enjoy time spent on watching this film. The direction is very sublime. Excellent pictures, tempo and scenes. I liked the characters, all of them, even the antagonists were unforgettable, especially Charlton Heston. I'm certain that The Mountain Men will continue to live for centuries.
